I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a calm and cozy area. The location was excellent, right next to the water bus, making it convenient for exploring Venice and nearby islands. The included Italian breakfast was delightful, with tasty croissants and coffee served at a Michelin guide recommended restaurant. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of the Venice Lagoon from my room. The room itself was clean, with all the necessary toiletries provided. I particularly enjoyed witnessing the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from my window.
Although the overall experience was positive, there were a couple of issues. The heating system in the room made a loud and disruptive noise whenever it turned on, disturbing my sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be great value for my money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, with easy access from the airport. The check-in process was smooth, even though I arrived late at night, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the friendly staff.
The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Tucked away in a Jesuit college, recently refurbished apartments. Good location, away from tourist madness. Nice galley kitchen with a wonderful view of the lagoon. Well spec'd layout, suitable for a family of four.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Convenient location, excellent views, well-equipped kitchen, and good restaurants nearby. The hotel is situated next to the Fondamente Nova waterbus stop, making it easy to visit other beautiful places. The kitchen offered impressive views of the lagoon and equipped with everything we needed, although a toaster and frying pan would be a welcome addition. We enjoyed dining at nearby restaurants, especially La Colonna, and exploring the city on foot.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The apartments were recently refurbished which was great. The kitchen had a wonderful view of the lagoon and was also well-equipped. The location was perfect as it was away from the tourist madness with some good local restaurants and cafes nearby.
Using the facilities was a real hassle as we had to manage stairs in the middle of the night. , the cleanliness was not up to par upon our arrival.

I always return to my favorite place in Venice. The staff helped with currency tips when I first stayed. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, outdoor dining, laundry, flat-screen TV, cookware. Coming back for the weekend.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main waterbus stop. We enjoyed beautiful views of the lagoon from the well-equipped kitchen. The room and the bathroom were fine, and the service was excellent. The lady was helpful in resolving any issues we had, making our stay comfortable. The location was convenient and allowed us to enjoy some of the nearby restaurants and cafes.
It was a bit noisy at night due to the waterbuses and taxis passing by.

The garden view from the balcony was simply enchanting. It felt like stepping into a whimsical fairytale with lush greenery and colorful flowers. I could have spent hours just sitting there, sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. One of the best features of the apartment was the private entrance. It made me feel like a secret agent sneaking into my own little hideaway. It added a touch of excitement to my stay and gave me a sense of independence.
AC temperature control issue.

Our weekend stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The apartment was spec'd well, had a wonderful view of the area and was spacious enough for a family of four. The location was great, with nearby restaurants and cafes, as well as a major waterbus stop that made trips to surrounding areas quite convenient.
One of the downsides of the apartment was that it was quite noisy, particularly during the night and early morning. the design of the apartment meant that it wasn't the most private, with little separation between the sleeping areas.
